AGING: 18 months in french wood and bottle.

GASTRONOMY: Red meats, game, fat fishes, cataplanas. Sausages, ham and soft-grazed cheeses.

Description

Dark red, with scents of ripe red fruit aroma and vanilla; In the mouth it is full-bodied, velvety, fresh, balanced acidity and silky tannins that give it a long and persistent finish.

Open, let it breathe and pour at a temperature between 18º-19º C
