VINIFICATION: Fermentation in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature at 22ºC: 20 days of maceration.

GASTRONOMY: Sausages, hams and soft-grazed cheeses. Poultry And pork meat, game, fat fish, Portuguese cataplana.

Description

Ruby red color features aromas of ripe red fruits and Vanilla; in the mouth it is full-bodied, fresh, fruity, smooth, with an enveloping finish, elegant and easy.

Open, let it breath and serve at 17-19º C.
