VINIFICATION: Grapes are desteeming and crushed. The pulpy mass is pressed and left for 2 days at 10ºC to clarify. Fermentation takes place for 2/3 weeks at 14º/16ºC. Cold stabilization and filtration
Onion skin color. Dry rosé. Fresh and intense aroma of red fruits, like raspberry and strawberry. In the mouth it is light, fruity with a well-balanced flavor and an elegant and fresh final.
