VINIFICATION: Total removal from the stack. Fermentation in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures of 26º/27º C. 20 days maceration
TASTING: Red ruby color wine with well ripped red fruits aroma; in the mouth it is well balanced, fruity, with an elegant and easy finish; perfect for day life consumption.

Open it and let it breath and served at a temperature between 18º-19º C
